Good board, slow proofing
I ordered a personalized cutting board as a housewarming gift. The quality of the maple board itself was really good, felt sturdy and well-made. The engraving was exactly what I asked for, no errors there. Shipping was decent once it left their shop, took 4 days to reach me in California. My only real gripe was the design proofing process. It took them about 5 business days to send the initial proof, and then another 3 for a small revision. It wasn't a huge deal since I ordered well in advance, but if you're in a hurry, that could be an issue. Customer service was responsive when I asked about the proof's status, so that was a plus. Overall, a solid product for the price, just factor in some extra time for custom work.
